By accessing or using BilumPay ("the Service"), operated by TTSolutions Limited ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BilumPay is a billing, invoicing, and subscription management platform that helps businesses create customers, issue invoices, record payments, and manage recurring subscriptions.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription plan. Plan pricing, billing cycles, and features are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time. Fees are billed according to the plan you select and are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or to interfere with its normal operation.
You retain ownership of the customer, invoice, and business data you enter into BilumPay. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTSolutions Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
